Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses Taui.market:

• Visitors
• People who order from a shop
• Everyone with an account, customer or professional

Taui.market is a service of Taui. Professionals run their shop on it. Customers order from them directly.

An order is a contract between the customer and the shop.

The price, delivery, payment and after-sale service are the shop’s.

The customer pays the shop directly. Taui receives no payment for an order.

• Give true details.
• An account is for one person only.
• Keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.

You are responsible for what you publish: your shop, your products, your photos and your texts. This content must be lawful.

You let Taui host it, show it, resize it and show it in sharing previews. This is free of charge and lasts as long as the content is online.

Taui may remove unlawful content. Taui may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Taui does its best to keep the service running. Taui does not promise it never stops.

Taui may change the service.

A new version applies from the date it shows.

If you have an account, Taui tells you by email when a change affects your rights.

If you subscribe your business to Taui, the Taui subscription terms apply on top.

These terms follow the law of French Polynesia. The courts of Papeete have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection the law of the place where you live gives you.
