This text is a translation. The French text prevails.

1.Who they apply to

These terms apply when you subscribe your business to Taui Shop.

They bind professionals only. So there is no right of withdrawal.

The terms of use also apply.

2.What a subscription gives

A subscription gives access to Taui Shop at one tier: Basic, Essential or Team. Each tier gives the features that come with it.

3.Prices

Price per month in French Polynesia, tax included:

  • Basic: XPF 7,900
  • Essential: XPF 14,900
  • Team: XPF 29,900

4.Yearly plan

The yearly plan gives 12 months for the price of 10. It applies only if you choose it.

5.Launch offer

  • A subscription taken while the offer runs gets 20% off for 12 months.
  • The amount does not move during those 12 months.
  • The 12 months start when your access opens.
  • After that, the full price applies.
  • The offer may end at any time for new subscriptions.

6.Billing

Billing runs by calendar month. The first month is charged for the days left in it.

You get an invoice by email for each period.

7.Payment

You pay by the means the invoice lists: bank transfer or cash. Payment is due 15 days after the invoice.

If an invoice is still unpaid after a written reminder, your access is paused. Your data is kept.

8.Canceling

You can cancel at any time, with no penalty. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current month.

A yearly plan runs to the end of the year paid. The months left are not refunded.

9.Refunds

A period paid is not refunded.

One exception: you paid before your access opened, and your access is not open by December 31, 2026. You are then refunded in full.

10.Price changes

A price change is announced to you by email 30 days ahead. You can cancel before it applies.

A launch price never changes during its 12 months.

11.After the subscription ends

Your access is paused. Your data is kept until you ask for it to be deleted: see the page Deleting your data.

Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.

12.Your duties

  • Give your true legal details.
  • Sell only what the law allows.
  • Meet your own duties toward your customers: your terms of sale, your legal notices, your invoices and consumer law.

13.Your customers’ data

Your shop decides what data it collects about its customers, and why.

Taui handles this data only on your shop’s behalf, and only to run the service. Taui commits to:

  • Keep this data confidential and secure
  • Use only the providers listed in the privacy policy
  • Help you answer your customers’ requests
  • Tell you without delay of a data breach
  • Delete this data when you ask, after the subscription ends

14.Taui’s liability

Taui’s liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Taui is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or lost profit.

15.Applicable law

These terms follow the law of French Polynesia. The courts of Papeete have jurisdiction.
