Taui is responsible for the data handled on Taui.market.

For accounts, subscriptions and the site, Taui is responsible for your data.

For an order placed in a shop, the shop is responsible. Taui handles this data for the shop, and only for it.

For a question about an order, ask the shop first.

When you visit the site:

• The address of your device (IP address) and your browser, in the technical logs and in the session
• Your language and theme, if you choose them

When you have an account:

• Your first name, last name and display name
• Your email
• Your password, if you choose one, kept only in a scrambled form
• Your bio, photo and banner, if you add them
• Your language
• Your sign-in keys and two-step settings, if you turn them on

When you are a professional:

• Your business’s name, handle, logo, banner, description, color, links and location
• Its legal name, legal address, TAHITI number and tax status
• Your products and their photos
• Your subscription, payments and invoices

When you order from a shop:

• Your first name, last name, email and phone
• Your delivery address
• What you ordered and the payments recorded
• The note you leave for the shop

When you have a customer account:

• Your phone and your last delivery address, kept from each order you place signed in with your account’s email, and from the order you made your account from, to fill in the next ones. You change or remove them in “My details”.
• Your order history

In a business, Taui also keeps the history of who did what.

• Running your account and the service you ask for: this is the contract.
• Keeping invoices and payments: this is a legal duty.
• Protecting the site and keeping the history of who did what: this is the legitimate interest of Taui and of businesses.
• Sending you emails about your account and your orders: this is the contract.

The shop receives the data of the orders placed with it.

Taui uses these providers:

• Hetzner Online GmbH: the servers, the database and the files, in the European Union
• Backpack Internet Pty Ltd, trading as Bento: sending emails. The data is kept in the United States.
• Google: the mailbox where emails sent to Taui arrive

Taui sells no data. Taui runs no advertising.

Bento and Google may handle data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

• An account: until it is closed. Its data is then erased or made anonymous 30 days later.
• Invoices and payments: 10 years.
• A shop’s orders: as long as the shop uses Taui. Its documents: 10 years.
• A sign-in code, with the email and the name given to ask for it: 1 day.
• Technical logs, and the list of emails sent (address, kind of email, date): 14 days.
• The history of who did what: it keeps the name a person had when they acted.

Taui sets only the cookies below. None follows you, none serves advertising, none measures visits. So no consent is asked.

Your selection in a shop (“My selection”) is kept in your browser’s own storage, on your device. It is sent to Taui only to show its prices and to order, and it is removed once the order is sent.

What you type in the order form is kept in the tab’s own storage until the order is sent or you close the tab.

Keeps you signed in and remembers your choices during your visit. Its time starts again with each page you open.

Lifetime: 2 hours

Protects your forms: another site cannot send them in your place.

Remembers the language you chose.

You can see your data, correct it and erase it. You can object to its use, limit it, and receive your data in a file.

To do so, open the settings of your account, or write to legal@taui.market. Taui answers within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the CNIL: cnil.fr.

Passwords are kept in a scrambled form. Every page goes over HTTPS. Files stay private, except those shown on a public page.

Sign-in codes are kept in a scrambled form, and work once, for 10 minutes.
