Deleting your data

Sign in, open My account, choose “Delete my account” and type your password.

You can no longer sign in from that moment. Your personal data is erased or made anonymous 30 days later.

Once closed, your account cannot be opened again.

Your account has no password? Write to legal@taui.market from your account’s email. Taui closes it within a month.

Some data stays, because the law or other people need it:

• Invoices and payments: 10 years, as the law requires
• Orders, kept by the shops that sold them
• The history of who did what in a business, with the name you had when you acted

The button refuses to close the account of a business owner.

Write to legal@taui.market from your account’s email address. Taui handles your request within one month.

Ask the shop that sold you the order.

You can also write to legal@taui.market. Taui passes your request to the shop and answers you within one month.

To receive a copy of your data or have it corrected, write to legal@taui.market.

Taui may ask you for proof that the request really comes from you.
